Order Processing

Every order goes through a strict quality control process before leaving our studio.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.

During high-demand periods or drop releases, processing may extend slightly.

Shipping Details

Greece: 1–3 business days
Cyprus / EU: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners.
Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

Quality Control

All ANØINTED 111 products are hand-checked, enzyme-washed, and inspected in detail before shipment.
Due to the handcrafted nature and limited-edition production, each piece is unique.

Returns & Refunds

Because of the limited nature of our drops and the handmade production process:

❌ We do not accept returns
❌ We do not issue refunds

This policy applies because each item:

• is produced in very small quantities

• undergoes detailed inspection before shipping

• cannot be restocked, resold, or exchanged after purchase

Damaged Items

In the extremely rare case that an item arrives damaged during transit, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• clear photos of the damage

• the order number

• a short description of the issue

Our team will review the case immediately.
